The role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for reputed company users, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with user management and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for reputed company users, including issue triage and resolution
- Analyze and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company configuration, reputed company, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports
- Support user management including profiles, permission sets, roles, and access requests
- Assist with reputed company enhancements, minor configurations, and change requests
- Work with developers on issue escalation reputed company to Apex, LWC, or integrations
- Maintain and update support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
Skills
