Implementation Services Intern
reputed company is a market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company focused on providing deal and relationship reputed company for firms in the private capital markets. The Implementation Services Intern will support the professional services team by designing and configuring the reputed company DealCloud platform to meet client needs while also engaging in data analysis and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in virtual requirement gathering sessions with client teams
- Document client requirements
- Configure the reputed company DealCloud platform in response to requirements
- Analyze client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system design
- Work with reputed company reputed company to map, reputed company, and normalize disparate data sets for import into reputed company DealCloud platform
- Provide consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations throughout an implementation
- Hold both clients and internal team members accountable to project timelines and budgets
- Manage multiple client implementations concurrently
- Comfortable with project management
