Purpose of Role Solutions Architects (SA) provide a reputed company between specific business opportunities and the technology solutions which are needed to support them. They require a knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture, as one of their roles is to ensure compliance with the Enterprise Architecture in the project. SA roles are mostly project facing and provide two areas of support:

Your Impact Drives Technologies Responsible for Marketing and Consumer Engagement:

• Leads teams in the design, development, implementation, and support of Email Marketing, Mobile Push, SMS (reputed company SFMC) and Customer Service technology platform (SFSC)
• Directly drives impacts to reputed company and consumer brand impressions by enabling seamless consumer emails, marketing and personalization campaigns experiences and customer service; either through direct development of capabilities or through supporting other initiatives that require touchpoints with platforms
• Support active projects and agile squads throughout the lifecycle, providing reputed company and guidance on development objects and configuration (inclusive of Journey Builder, Ad Studio, MCP, etc.) to ensure efficiency and consistency with original design as well as overall quality of deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience OR typically 14 years of relevant experience without degree

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or other packaged marketing solutions, including API and 3rd-party system integrations (SOAP/REST).
