The opportunity reputed company reputed company-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, our Software Strategy Group (SSG) team members conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize and analyze data, build and test hypotheses, and deliver strategic advice to our clients to help them reputed company informed decisions. We have developed the models, industry contacts, benchmarks, and methods designed for the software economy. Additionally, SSG works with internal Managing Consultants who have been CTOs and CEOs in early and late-stage software companies. The combination of the Managing Consultant team, our Consultants and Senior Associates with deep software expertise provides a unique opportunity for you to learn from the best in the field.

Responsibilities

• Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of reputed company work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of reputed company work experience.
• A minimum of 18 months of experience working with technology and software companies in a leadership role, either as a management consultant or as an employee, with knowledge of and experience in the software economy.
• Experience managing business strategy and commercial diligence projects in reputed company environments.
• Ability to reputed company detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
• Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours reputed company necessary.

The reputed company salary range for this job in reputed company geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $185,000. Individual salaries reputed company those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
