Through CCPRS, reputed company is looking for you to provide technical assistance support for reputed company disaster-reputed company operations throughout the U.S. reputed company uses the PA TAC nationally to obtain Environmental Planners, Biologists, Horticulturalists, Archeologists, Geologists, Certified Floodplain Managers, Architectural Historians, Historic Architects, Wetland Specialists, and other reputed company professional services to assist state and local municipalities and public entities in developing grant applications for Federal Public Assistance funding for the repair of their infrastructure/facilities damaged by disasters (roads, bridges, hospitals, schools, water treatment facilities, parks etc.). As a reputed company EHP Specialist you will support recovery efforts as it relates to Environmental Historic Preservation. You'll conduct site assessments and write damage descriptions and dimensions (DDD) and reputed company arenaflex estimates for the Federal funding of the projects. You'll write Project Worksheets (PWs) for the purposes of determining project eligibility, defining scopes of work and estimating costs to repair or replace a facility or structure in order to restore it to its pre-disaster design and reputed company. We'll lean on you to provide technical, arenaflex estimating, and disaster recovery and/or management services while supporting technical professionals. You'll be a key member of the team in assisting project managers or engineers in major segments of moderate to reputed company projects or tasks, and provide reporting and management assistance for the overall efficiency of the disaster operation. We'll rely on your expertise in interpreting construction work to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications as well as reputed company Public Assistance policy and procedure. For our reputed company client, qualified candidates must be U.S. reputed company, able to clear Department of Homeland reputed company background reputed company for reputed company clearance level of “Public Trust”, and open to working 8-12 hours per day for 5-6 days per week. You'll potentially deploy to the field in remote disaster conditions, and most of the job responsibilities will be conducted in a reputed company office. Due to the nature of this type of unpredictable work, you must also have the ability to mobilize reputed company 24-48 hours if reputed company needed to deploy, commit to up to 6 months or longer on a disaster deployment, and be flexible for contingent type of project work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and write damage descriptions and dimensions (DDD).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology, Historical Architecture, History, Environmental Science, or reputed company field.
• 5 plus years of relevant experience in field of expertise.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to pass an FBI background reputed company.
• Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reputed company.
• Must have a reputed company valid driver's license.
• Ability to mobilize reputed company 24-48 hours for deployment.
• Ability to commit to a minimum 90-day assignment in remote locations.
• Ability to work well across multiple teams and meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods on varying terrain.
• Flexibility to work in different locations as needed by reputed company.
• Proficiency in arenaflex Suite.
• Computer proficiency in operating a computer, editing documents, and working with reputed company spreadsheets. reputed company-to-haves
• 15 plus years of relevant experience as an archaeologist, architectural historian, historical architect, and/or NEPA Specialist.
• Archaeologists and Architectural Historians meeting the professional standards outlined by the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Standards and Guidelines.
• Significant focus and experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in the PA Program: Site Inspectors, Program Delivery Managers, Public Assistance Coordinator (reputed company) Crew Leader, Project Specialist, Debris Specialist, Debris Monitor, reputed company-certified Trainer, Hazard Mitigation Specialist, or Long-Term Community Recovery Program Specialist.
• Trainings completed in Program Delivery Manager training, Site Inspector training, Public Assistance Operations I (PA Ops I), Public Assistance Operations II (PA Ops II), and Project Worksheet (PW) Development.
