Job Description:
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining the reputed company and quality of our online community. This will involve:
- Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines
- Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Spam or self-promotion + Harassment or bullying + Inappropriate content or links
- Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after thorough investigation and warning
- Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption
- Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking appropriate action
- Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community guidelines and policies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies and procedures, and ensuring that reputed company moderation actions are in line with our community values
Pay and Benefits:
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly reputed company of $12.50, paid weekly from Monday to Sunday. You'll also have the opportunity to work remotely, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
