About the Role
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions, including reputed company processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and maintain the highest standards of compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete data access and balancing tasks
- Coordinate return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
- Work member cases/assignments and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
- Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
- Communicate with vendors to process reputed company transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
- Deposit reputed company returns, review member returned checks on draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
Essential Qualifications:
* High school degree or equivalent
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
- Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
