This position is part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team at arenaflex Credit Union. As a Member Services Representative, you'll be responsible for daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers at arenaflex Credit Union.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete data access and balancing tasks - Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions - Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing - Work member cases/assignments - Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws - Process mortgage payments, multi-account, and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks - Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other image-enabled products - Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns - Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching - Complete daily balancing and department closing - Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests - Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information - Communicate with vendors to process reputed company transfers - Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws - Deposit reputed company returns, review member returned checks on draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers - Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company accounts and associated information that are part of their work and for ensuring that their work is in compliance with reputed company relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school degree or GED - Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer/member service experience - Previous banking or Credit Union experience - Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
