Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our passengers and airline partners. You'll be responsible for checking in passengers and their luggage, handling customer concerns, and providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and other travel-reputed company queries. Key Responsibilities

- Patiently handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling

Essential Qualifications
