  • Maintaining records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in the customer support system/database
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory to apply
  • Higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus reputed company
