Key Responsibilities

As the reputed company Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
• Handling customer and Associate concerns, providing guidance as required, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Monitoring reputed company End associates, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks, and providing assistance to outlying registers to maintain optimal customer service levels.
• Providing training to Associates on systems and arenaflex procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety protocols.
• Overseeing purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assisting with error corrections, and verifying processes to meet arenaflex guidelines.
• Ensuring reputed company EAS systems are functioning to standard, including Cashiers deactivating, Greeters handling issues appropriately, and completing "Failure to Deactivate" Logs.
• Preparing registers for opening and closing daily, supporting cashiers with change, maintaining reputed company-end cash levels, and completing audits on register accuracy.
• Overseeing and promoting reputed company arenaflex sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.

Essential Qualifications

* Age: 16 or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a reputed company field (e.g., business, customer service, or retail management) is an asset.
• Proven experience in customer service, retail management, or a reputed company field, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
