Job Description Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing Service to Patients: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent Communication: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication to patients, both verbally and in writing.
  • ETM Software Operation: Learn and understand the operation of ETM software, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Billing and Account Operations: Learn and understand billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
  • Documenting Inquiries: Document reputed company telephone inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely recording of patient interactions.
  • Research and Resolution: Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating their insurance coverage as needed.
  • Printing and Rebilling: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.
  • Financial Agreements: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
