Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Concierge – Remote Jobs Chat Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience that exceeds their expectations. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in a client-facing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to our reputed company Card Members, helping them to navigate their local needs and reputed company their relationship with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome reputed company Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge, located in the IAH Airport.
- Provide exceptional service to Card Members, addressing their needs and expectations in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Provide travel counseling and reputed company reservations on behalf of Card Members.
- Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of Card Members.

Capabilities
* A minimum of 1-year recent experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment.
