About the Role

We are currently seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Advanced Care Team (ACT) in Knoxville, TN. As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, identifying the reason for the call, and providing solutions to customers' inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and/or employees, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Enhance the customer experience through excellent communication, identifying the reason for the call, and providing solutions to customers' inquiries
• Assist customers with understanding and resolving billing issues, troubleshooting products and services, and transferring calls to the appropriate department as necessary
