About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will play a crucial role in handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique, which includes the layout and programming of customer experience surveys. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by reputed company
• Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from reputed company, and the Agile team in technology to drive transformation and innovation
• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of Voice of the Purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts reputed company the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build strong records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
