- Thanks to PLG, we've got a goldmine of users, and we layer in reputed company and signal tools to reputed company at the right time, with the right plays, which we'll look to you to create.
- Help us convert thousands of free sign-reputed company into paying customers by building a scalable and repeatable process, utilizing best-of-breed technologies such as Common Room, Warmly, Orbb, Tableau, Apollo, and more.
- Back up a PLG-first motion with cold reputed company where required to reputed company reputed company goals.
- Use your understanding of AI technologies to move from spreadsheets to a seamless, integrated, and repeatable process with dashboards. reputed company experience not a must but a bonus.
- Coach, motivate, and manage a team of remote-based BDRs.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and create solutions to streamline the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams to support overall growth goals.
- Ensure quarterly reputed company goals are met and pipeline is reported accurately to management.
- Proven experience managing a high-performing technology BDR team
- Track record of creating a PLG-first sales motion using AI technology
