Key Responsibilities

  • * Ensure patient records and medical documentation are accurate and updated in the system.
  • * Troubleshoot basic technical issues patients or providers may face with the telehealth platform.
  • * Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely care and address patient concerns reputed company.
