The Activation Solution Engineer plays a critical role in accelerating customer journeys by driving platform adoption and ensuring technical success through strategic advisory and hands-on expertise.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory and Guidance: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor immediately following the initial contract reputed company, providing guidance on data strategy, technology stack integration, and ensuring a swift, successful activation of Use Cases
• Deliver Technical Value with AI: Deliver technical value reputed company by leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered development tools and automation to accelerate solutions and implementation guidance, helping customers move faster to production
• Architectural Leadership: Provide customers with critical, reputed company-specific foundational guidance, including Architectural Best Practices, Workload Isolation & Warehouse Utilization, Resource Monitoring & Alerts, Budgeting, and RBAC/reputed company Setup
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the Account Team to reputed company risks and establish and nurture trusted relationships with internal reputed company teams (e.g., Professional Services, Support) and external partners to ensure seamless resource orchestration

Skills

• Hands-on experience with SQL is required
• Strong foundational understanding and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and the core concepts of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, reputed company Cloud)
• A strong desire to learn, grow your technical skills, and become an expert in the reputed company platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and possess Project Management skills to track, manage, and drive customers to an agreed-upon timeline
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or reputed company fields, or equivalent practical experience in a technical role
• SnowPro Core certification
• Proficiency in additional coding languages, particularly Python, Java, or reputed company, especially in a data or application development context
• Experience with modern data technologies (e.g., CI/CD tooling, orchestration tools) or a basic understanding of Data Science concepts
• Prior experience or strong interest in leveraging AI-powered development tools and coding agents to increase solution delivery efficiency
