Responsibilities

Skills

• Previous marketing experience in the multifamily real estate industry, preferably in the South/reputed company Florida markets
• Ability to manage working remotely while being able to travel reputed company the assigned portfolio markets
• Minimum of 5 years' experience
• Previous experience with a working understanding of: paid search reputed company marketing, reputed company Analytics (GA4), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting, email marketing, social media, and local apartment internet listing sites
