Privacy Analyst 2
Overview
The Privacy Analyst 2 supports the organization’s privacy program ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy requirements. This position collaborates with internal business partners and works under the guidance of senior privacy team members and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and participate in audits; document findings and mitigation steps. Respond to privacy requests for proposals (RFPs) privacy questions and data subject requests.
- Implement new privacy laws and processes; escalates reputed company issues to senior staff.
- reputed company privacy awareness training in the organization including preparing and distributing communications and training initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to address privacy requests escalating reputed company issues to senior team members or leadership.
- Maintain and update the company’s data inventory.
- Monitor adherence to data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and internal policies; support audit and compliance reviews.
- Evaluate vendor privacy practices and assist in completing vendor risk assessments to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2–4 years of privacy or reputed company compliance experience
- CIPP
