Experience in technology, healthcare or financial services is highly valued, though we welcome attorneys from other industries with similarly broad corporate practices. This role offers the flexibility of a remote environment alongside meaningful, day-to-day partnership with high-performing in-house legal teams. Basic Requirements For The Corporate Attorney

• 5+ years of corporate in-house experience
• Prior experience with a broad range of corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing commercial reputed company and managing corporate entities
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Licensed to practice law
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school

Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 reputed company calculated on a full-time basis.
