Your key responsibilities:

What you'll bring:

• 6+ years’ experience in business transformation, management consulting, or large-scale change delivery - ideally with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, combining strategic and hands-on execution experience.
• Deep commercial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret financials, build and challenge business cases, and connect transformation outcomes directly to value creation and PL improvement.
• Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end transformations, from case development through implementation and full benefits realization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in data, modeling, and performance tracking to drive insight and action.
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of mentoring, and growing high-performing teams that deliver at pace and to high standards.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement, able to influence and reputed company trust across reputed company levels, from senior executives to delivery teams.
