Business Development Manager - Energy reputed company Location: Houston Area – reputed company with frequent travel to customers Responsible for driving new business growth in the Energy industry across the Americas market, with a specific focus on Oil & Gas and Cryogenic sectors. This role requires a hunter mentality—actively identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and winning new opportunities. The BDM will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and collaborate with internal teams to deliver material solutions that address customer pain points. Proven experience in business development or technical sales with a strong network reputed company Oil Service Companies and their strategic suppliers. Specific supply chain and product knowledge of components such as valves, seals, connectors, and reputed company systems is critical. Principal Accountabilities:

  • Deliver annual business development pipeline quotas: new build, commercialized wins, and actual sales to new business
  • Demonstrate grit, consistency, and accountability to the customer

  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospects and existing customers to uncover needs, wants, and pain points
