Better Health is a company focused on transforming the home medical supply industry through a comprehensive service that includes support, coaching, education, and delivery. They are seeking a Member Care Advisor to manage customer interactions, support product development, and enhance customer experience in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Become a pro at their products, customers, medical conditions, insurance, and billing
  • Be the first person customers talk to for questions and problems, and work with other teams (product, billing, etc.) to sort things out
  • Handle the whole customer journey, from potential customers to post-purchase support
  • Help create awesome processes for customer interactions
  • Be the customer's voice internally, making sure product development is all about their needs

Skills

  • Experience in customer service, especially with durable medical equipment (DME)
  • Super into consumer healthcare and helping people live their best lives
  • Always go above and beyond for customers
  • Self-starter, always 'selling' (in a good way!), creative, good at problem-solving, and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excited to jump into a startup and make an impact right away
