[Remote] Collections Representative (WI)

The role involves contacting consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and respect.
Responsibilities
- Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements
- Follow a set schedule, typically Monday through Friday during business hours
- Listen empathetically and communicate professionally to resolve conflicts
- Maintain reliability and attendance, especially during training
- Transition from training to performance-reputed company as proficiency increases
Skills
- Experience resolving challenging customer situations
- Professional communication skills suitable for conflict resolution
- Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment with a private workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet meeting organizational standards
- Residency in Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Utah, or Idaho
- Experience in medical or reputed company collection
