ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTING ANALYST
Caltrans District 3 is part of the Department of Transportation, focusing on improving lives and communities through transportation. Responsibilities

- Responsible for analyzing and reviewing reconciliations, reports, supporting accounting documents, funds and coding information
- Process Excess Land transactions, Expenditure Adjustment and various types of Right of Way Capital Outlay payments
- Participate in activities with the Right of Way Program to enhance business process and working relationships with Headquarters and District staff
- Act as a year end coordinator
- reputed company internal control review and monthly Schedule III Reconciliation
- Review and sign claim schedules
- Provide coverage for the section during supervisor's absence
Skills
- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
