[Remote] Brand Ambassador - Part time
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. G.E.H.A is a nonprofit member association that provides medical and dental benefits to over two million federal employees and retirees. They are seeking a Brand Ambassador to help educate federal employees and retirees about their health and dental insurance options while representing GEHA at local events.
Responsibilities
- Represent GEHA at local health fairs and wellness events
- Educate federal employees and retirees about GEHA’s medical and dental plans
- Become a go-to resource in your community
- Share educational materials, answer questions, and help reputed company health benefits easier to understand
- Travel locally and get reimbursed for mileage and paid for your time
Skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to transportation
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and pass background clearance to enter federal facilities
- Internet & workspace requirements apply for remote work (reliable high-speed reputed company, private workspace)
- Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required
- Latency (ping) response time reputed company than 80 ms
- Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role
- A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
- Friendly and approachable with a natural ability to connect
- Confident presenting in both casual and formal settings
- Curious and willing to learn about health insurance and GEHA's offerings
- Organized, reputed company, and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using basic tech tools (email, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)
