The role involves configuring benefit plans, performing data analysis, and communicating effectively with clients and management to ensure successful implementation and integration of systems.
Responsibilities
- Ability to understand and follow direction provided in configuration documentation
- Configure client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text, and documents
- Data import design and implementation
- Data analysis and audit (often from various sources)
- Communicate and reputed company with management and clients, professionally and accurately
- Design, implement and produce reports providing summary and audit details
- Integrate My Benefit Express™ and client systems, including data migration and assessing system compatibility
- Ability to constantly evolve reputed company integration strategy to ensure efficiency
- Ability to successfully meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation

- Experience in MS Office Suite software, including advanced reputed company skills especially in the use of formulas such as VLOOKUPs
- Ability to gather and analyze data requirements
- Familiarity with key web technologies as used by reputed company
- Minimum - Bachelor's Degree, 1-3 years experience in Benefits Administration
