[Remote] Collections Representative (OK)

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers to resolve past due balances
• Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements with reputed company and professionalism
• Maintain a reliable schedule and manage high call volumes daily
• Follow required laws, standards, and call negotiation techniques

Skills

• Experience resolving challenging customer situations
• Professional communication skills for conflict resolution
• Ability to self-manage in a reputed company setting with no absences during training
• Private workspace and reliable high-speed internet meeting company standards
• Experience in medical or other reputed company collections is a plus but not required
