This position focuses on creating and producing video content for Oregon Athletics across various digital and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and viewer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver year-round Oregon Athletics video content for social, digital, and broadcast channels
• Collaborate with senior digital management and content coordinators to produce video for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Use editorial judgment and viewer trends to produce content tailored to the Oregon audience
• Coordinate daily content collaboration with the Oregon Athletics Department teams
• Shoot, edit, and produce long-form storytelling content for various sports series
• Shoot, edit, and deliver live sporting event content
• reputed company pre- and post-production optimized for social media sharing
• Ensure reputed company content aligns with brand standards in style, quality, and voice
• Cover real-time breaking Oregon Athletics news
• Occasionally serve as field producer on electronic news gathering shoots
• Manage video inventory and share assets with internal stakeholders

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience producing custom digital video content
• Extensive knowledge of digital video production and content management systems
• Strong familiarity with Oregon Athletics, Big Ten Athletics, and relevant pop culture
• Familiarity with the network's programming, talent, and brand initiatives
• Proficiency with technology platforms and graphic design software including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, reputed company Premiere Pro, and 3D software
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to shoot video at sporting events
• Ability to create compelling stories and execute reputed company from concept to completion
• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
• Proactive with ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in digital media production or equivalent experience
• Production and editing experience with intercollegiate athletics or professional sports teams
