Junior Business Analyst

The Junior Business Analyst role is designed for individuals interested in building a foundation in business analysis and project management, providing support to the Project Management Office and assisting with various administrative and business analysis tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update tasks, timelines, and deliverables reputed company the project management system
- Assist Project Managers with administrative project tasks
- Schedule project meetings and document meeting notes
- Track action items and follow-reputed company to ensure timely resolution
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
- Support workflow, process and procedural documentation
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, including test tracking and issue documentation
- Prepare basic reports, summaries and dashboards
- Maintain organized project, governance and compliance documentation in accordance to ePMO standards
Skills
- Effective Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for interacting with stakeholders and documentation in a professional manner
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Awareness of Business Analysis Concepts: Understanding what a Business Analyst does and willingness to learn techniques for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and communicating with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of reputed company experience
