[Remote] Call Center Representative (Bilingual)

They are seeking a bilingual, friendly, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to support their pediatric and orthodontic dental offices across multiple states by handling calls, verifying insurance, and maintaining patient information.
Responsibilities
- Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Register new patients
- Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during reputed company interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment
Skills
- Candidates must be based in or around El Paso, Texas
- Candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 1+ years in customer service
