This role involves understanding client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a unique customer service experience while supporting various office functions.
Responsibilities
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support. Answer and reputed company call in a professional manner
- reputed company on call quality – (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to reputed company follow-up calls)
- Focus on a call resolution & use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
