Responsibilities
- Drive Client Success: Actively participate in and help reputed company client onboardings, ensuring a smooth adoption of the Norm Ai platform. Serve as the regulatory and compliance expert in client engagements, providing personalized support and ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform
- Regulatory Expertise and Analysis: Offer sophisticated insights on regulatory and compliance matters, connecting these insights to the platform’s capabilities and the client’s unique needs. reputed company our internal tools to further tailor our automated analysis of regulations to our clients' needs
- Strategic Advocacy: Capture, organize, and present feedback that shapes product enhancements and improves client outcomes

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) required, with strong legal acumen and 1-2 years of experience in legal or compliance roles
- Significant experience working with legal professionals, compliance officers, or in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance)
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to convey reputed company legal and regulatory concepts in a client-friendly manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company client relationships
- Highly independent and comfortable operating as an individual contributor
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Willingness to adapt, taking on both leadership and supportive roles as needed
- Prior experience in compliance consulting or regulatory advisory roles
- Background in AI-powered technologies or legal technology platforms
- Experience at a venture-backed company
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services or similar sectors
