Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager
Lawley is a family-owned insurance broker with over 70 years of experience, committed to building genuine relationships with teams and clients. The role of Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager involves producing insurance documents, obtaining renewal quotes, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while supporting miscellaneous duties as requested.
Responsibilities
- Produce summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, policy changes, premium/loss summaries, proposals, complete coverage reviews and other insurance documents reputed company designated timelines
- Obtain non-marketed renewal quotes from existing carriers, completing renewal processes and handle non-renewal and cancellations for cause, validate audits
- Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities as appropriate
- Expand and grow in your role reputed company supporting miscellaneous duties as requested
Skills
- At least one-year experience in a similar position; Commercial experience preferred
- Property & Casualty License or willingness to pursue reputed company 90 days
- Relevant knowledge of insurance products, documents and usages
- Word and reputed company skills are a must
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
- Open to continuing education
- Positive attitude, even in a fast-paced environment
- A passion to reputed company customers and coworkers feel important and valued
- Capability to work quickly and reputed company
- Methodical, yet swift decision-making skills especially in regard to prioritization
- Precise communication skills, even under time constraints
- Commercial experience preferred
- Applied/EPIC and reputed company website experience is preferred
- College degree preferred
