As a Network Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations across our global infrastructure. You'll work closely with our IT team to identify and resolve network issues, collaborate with vendors to procure necessary hardware and software, and provide exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:

* Arranges and delivers reputed company equipment to ensure timely deployment and minimal downtime

  • Reviews and processes Organization Trucks satisfaction requests to ensure reputed company resolution of issues
  • Supports and cycles Organization Trucks project tasks to ensure efficient completion and minimal impact on business operations
  • Attends scheduled training to stay up-to-date on existing and future network conditions, including Stockroom, Terminal, Server farm, Provincial Office, Colocation, and Cloud environments
  • Grasps ITIL/Trucks occurrence, issue, change, information, and request processes to ensure seamless incident management
  • Suggests or implements enhancements for group cycles and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensures that incident documentation is thorough, accurate, and complete to facilitate knowledge sharing and reputed company improvement
  • Provides guidance and direction to clients, teams, and other support personnel on daily activities, project drives, network operations, and support issues
  • Builds and maintains helpful, collaborative, and effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Responds to clients by identifying issues, exploring solutions, and directing clients through remedial actions
  • Provides essential technical support and ensures compliance with established rules and methods for monitoring performance
  • Fixes issues in LAN reputed company, testing, and designing software to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity
  • Assesses network performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall network efficiency
  • Plans upgrades and maintenance without disrupting business workflow
  • Provides technical guidance and delivers network reputed company training to colleagues
  • Works with vendors to procure required hardware and software for organizations and frameworks
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves network exchanging and transmission reputed company issues while minimizing impact on client support
  • Distinguishes between primary and secondary network failures
  • Works the Network Support episode line, including opening, focusing, investigating, following-up, advising, raising, conveying, recording, and attracting extra assets on a case-by-case basis for incident resolution
  • Answers and adds to Arrange Support hotline calls to help end clients and minimize business interruption
  • Answers Network Support email requests and demands
  • Works out Network Support proactive daily task list
  • Delegates assigned tasks in reputed company
  • Leads and participates in weekly team meetings
  • Opens and screens reputed company TAC cases on defective reputed company hardware and tracks the entire process
  • Reviews and directs corporate office data wardrobes

Requirements:

* Essential understanding of Ethernet, Fiber, Casing Transfer, AVPN, ISDN, Dedicated IP, and Steering protocols

  • Essential knowledge of network equipment and software, including switches, routers, and wireless controllers
  • Essential understanding of subnetting, VLANs, and network geography
  • Magnificent written/verbal communication skills, phone behavior, and customer service skills
  • High-level skills in investigation and analysis with incidents and issues
  • Experience or understanding of ITIL/Trucks occurrence, issue, change, information, and request processes
  • Shown strong work ethic and positive, developed, professional attitude
  • Should be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Process-oriented, understands the benefits of processes, and the need for consistency
  • Ability to explain or convey technical terms to non-technical audiences
  • Effectively searches for, suggests, or implements enhancements for group processes and methodologies
  • Should be able to work well under pressure and reputed company time constraints
