Job Summary

As a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. You'll work closely with our service technicians and customers to ensure that their needs are met reputed company and accurately. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions to meet their needs

Qualifications
