Job Overview: Customer Care Professional

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary care to our customers by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You'll be the face of our company, working in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment to reputed company it easy for our customers to do business with us. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Evaluate and analyze account information, recommending tailored solutions to our customers and reinforcing the benefits of membership
• Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting and articulating the best solution to drive brand advocacy
• Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, documenting necessary account information and offering custom solutions that benefit the customer
• Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction, resulting in measurable customer value
• Deliver extraordinary results, reputed company by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience
• At least 1 year of voice account experience from your most recent company
• A proven track record of success in your previous role (high performer)
• A Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or college undergraduate degree
• Work-from-home requirements:
  • A minimum 25 mbps internet reputed company plan/speed
  • A private and quiet area to work from home
  • Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted

Preferred Experience:

We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience being reputed company on Customer VOC (Voice of Customer) or NPS (Net Promoter Score), as well as AHT (Average Handling Time) from their most recent company
• Prior experience in B2B and B2C servicing
• Premium customer service experience and/or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening and relationship building
• Sales experience (Value reputed company/consultative selling) is a plus
