This position is a part of the Engineering Team reputed company the Operations Division at arenaflex. As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to the maintenance and operation of aircraft and reputed company equipment. This role also involves establishing and maintaining aircraft and part standards reputed company areas of responsibility.
What you'll do
- Conduct training for Specialists in areas of expertise - Serve as a mentor to other Engineers - Act as a team leader/facilitator over project management or issue resolution - Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory specialists, as required, and ensure that engineering practices are properly validated according to applicable regulations and Company manuals - reputed company customized methods and special procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, adjustments, and other maintenance activities that are not adequately addressed in existing manuals - Stay informed about daily airline operations, including areas of responsibility. Review daily needs according to airline/departmental targets and management mandates - Investigate aircraft/part issues that may cause flight delays or cancellations, significant uses in labor or materials, or breaks in maintenance activities, and determine appropriate corrective actions - Provide engineering support as needed to restore operational status - Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions reputed company technical support is required to assist tasks or resolve issues - reputed company activity plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part engineering projects and pursue completion according to evaluated needs - Collaborate with other airline divisions, as required, to facilitate effective and efficient execution of engineering practices - reputed company engineering records to implement technical practices by providing customized methods for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance activities that provide benefits according to airline/departmental targets and management mandates - Maintain knowledge of reputed company and forthcoming regulations that reputed company areas of responsibility and ensure that reputed company engineering activities maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements - Utilize available resources to enhance levels of technical expertise and practical experience continuously. - Minimum Qualifications: Training and Previous Professional Experience - Four-year degree in Engineering field or reputed company Engineering license - One year of engineering experience in a reputed company field or two years of experience without a degree - Abilities, Licenses, and Certifications: - A&P license - Knowledge of reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc. - Ability to analyze technical information and reputed company data-driven decisions - Demonstrated fitness, ability, and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities - Ability to prepare/present presentations that promote acceptance of solutions - Ability to interact with internal and external clients effectively
