Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to meet their needs
• Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
• Ensuring precise documentation of reputed company account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• Communicating clearly and effectively, providing timely updates and resolutions to customer inquiries

Qualifications
