Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor to join reputed company on a 34-hour per week schedule, with flexible work hours between reputed company and 4:30pm CST. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of reputed company. If selected for further consideration, you'll be required to complete an online reputed company data entry assessment, with a required 8,200 KSPH and 98% accuracy reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers
• Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and reputed company to meet client turnaround times
• Navigating reputed company and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
• Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
• Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
• Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements

Additional Responsibilities

As a key member of reputed company, you'll also be responsible for:

• Performing quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
• Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed
• Alerting management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies
• Providing recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate

Qualifications

To be a successful Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role
• Strong data entry/typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• High degree of accuracy
