Job Summary

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse team, which focuses on identifying and mitigating malicious behavior, such as account takeovers, spam, and content manipulation. You'll also reputed company the Business Analytics team, which provides insights and data-driven recommendations to inform our trust and safety strategies. This role requires a unique reputed company of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, with a passion for using data to drive decision-making and drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Strategy, to reputed company and implement effective solutions to combat malicious behavior

• Work closely with our Product Management team to design and implement new features and tools to enhance our trust and safety capabilities

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of adversarial abuse and analytics, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies and solutions

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics

• 4+ years of experience in a reputed company field, such as data analysis, machine learning, or software engineering
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts and engineers
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with data modeling and machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Strong business acumen, with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics

• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and machine learning models
