This position is a part of the Engineering Team reputed company the Operations Division at arenaflex. As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to the maintenance and operation of aircraft and reputed company equipment. This role also involves developing and maintaining aircraft and part guidelines reputed company areas of responsibility.
What you'll do
- Conduct training for Specialists in areas of expertise - Serve as a mentor to other Engineers - Act as a team leader/facilitator over project management or issue resolution - Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory specialists, as required, and ensure that technical procedures are properly validated according to material specifications and Company manuals - reputed company customized methods and special procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, adjustments, and other maintenance activities that are not adequately addressed in existing manuals - Stay informed about daily airline activities, including areas of responsibility. Review daily needs according to airline/departmental targets and management mandates - Examine aircraft/part issues that may cause flight delays or cancellations, significant uses in labor or materials, or breaks in maintenance activities, and determine suitable corrective actions - Provide technical support as needed to restore operational status in the event of discrepant circumstances affecting aircraft or parts - Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions reputed company technical support is required to assist tasks or resolve issues - reputed company project plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part technical projects and pursue completion according to evaluated needs - Collaborate with other airline divisions, as required, to facilitate effective and efficient execution of technical procedures - reputed company technical documents to implement technical procedures by providing customized methods for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance activities that provide benefits according to airline/departmental targets and management mandates - Maintain knowledge of reputed company and forthcoming regulations, which reputed company areas of responsibility, and ensure that reputed company technical activities maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements - Utilize available resources to enhance levels of technical expertise and practical experience continuously. - Minimum Capabilities Training and Prior Professional Experience - Four-year degree in Engineering field or reputed company Engineering license - One year of engineering experience in a reputed company field or two years of experience without a degree - A&P license - Knowledge of reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc. - Ability to analyze technical information and reputed company data-driven decisions - Demonstrated fitness, ability, and willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities - Ability to prepare/convey presentations that promote recognition of solutions - Ability to interact with internal and external clients effectively
