Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote basis, working 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them reputed company their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to communicate with customers and resolve their queries
• Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts, including customer interactions and loan applications
• Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed decisions
• Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively to communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing

• Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
