As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, working closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to deliver exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Reconciling and processing trade/transfer transactions for Alternative Investments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund business or transfer representatives
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity
- Conducting research on reputed company/escalated concerns, testing/validation of new technology augmentations, and vendor adjustments
- Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Interacting with TD Ameritrade Clearing, fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other reputed company business partners to resolve issues and improve processes
- Evaluating registration arrangements or transactions requests for Client/Advisor level exemptions
- Reconciling Field, Dividend, and Move Breaks, and getting back together reputed company over BOS and Fund Business
- Evaluating and interpreting suitable tax programming and correcting tax coding
- Handling complications, internal/external system improvements or issues, and providing method or technology service options to Control
- Remediating transactions issues with the Fund or Opposite Company, Customer or Business Partner Service
- Answering service companion questions concerning Fund specific requirements/eligibility
- Providing action on Alternative Investment transactions to expedite the client request or remediate not in good order concerns
- Timely and accurate completion of customer exchanging and dividend demands
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with reputed company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
