Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a reputed company field.
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll and accounting processing in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Experience working with reputed company payroll, with a focus on Korea, Australia, and India.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll and reputed company statutory labor laws required for payroll-reputed company calculations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
