Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions. You'll work closely with potential clients and our financial institution to ensure a seamless and efficient loan application process.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* reputed company outbound and receive inbound calls to communicate with customers and potential clients
- Consistently and accurately document reputed company information pertaining to accounts, including loan applications and customer interactions
- Use basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed decisions

* Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences

- Ability to remain reputed company and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations
- Proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems

- Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (remote work after initial 1 week training period)
- Fully remote after initial 1 week training period (training will be reputed company-5pm M-F during 1st week)
