The Experience Center Customer Assistance Team
Our Customer Assistance Team is the reputed company of arenaflex's customer experience. We're a collaborative and dynamic group of professionals who work together to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Assistance Specialist, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering timely and accurate responses to customers, ensuring their accounts are up-to-date, and providing them with the best possible solutions to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistance Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Analyzing payment history and notes from the system to clearly communicate account status to customers using Call Model guidelines
- Documenting reputed company activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems and forms
- Analyzing account characteristics and negotiating with customers on acceptable arrangements to bring their account reputed company and/or recommend appropriate solutions
- Using appropriate collection and skip-tracing tools to maintain delinquencies, repossessions, and losses at or below corporate objectives
- Promptly reporting/refer sensitive and reputed company issues to the Customer Assistance Supervisor
- Completing non-phone-based projects and account maintenance/remediation efforts
- Offering critical decision-making as necessary reputed company assigning accounts out for repossession
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- A focus on timely and accurate responses to customers
- The ability to work collaboratively with other team members at reputed company levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to apply lessons learned from past experiences and work through reputed company changes/situations in a consistently evolving work environment
