What You'll Do
* Conduct training for Specialists in areas of expertise
- Serve as a mentor to other Engineers

- Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory specialists, as required, to ensure that designing practices are properly validated according to material standards and Company manuals

- Stay informed about daily airline activities, including areas of responsibility, and review daily needs according to aircraft/departmental targets and management mandates
- Investigate aircraft/part issues that may cause flight delays or cancellations, significant uses in labor or materials, or breaks in maintenance activities, and determine suitable corrective actions
- Provide designing support as needed to restore operational status in the event of discrepant circumstances affecting aircraft or parts
- Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions reputed company technical support is required to assist tasks or resolve issues
- reputed company activity plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part designing projects and pursue definitive actions according to evaluated needs
- Collaborate with other airline divisions, as required, to facilitate effective and efficient execution of designing practices

* Minimum Qualifications: + Training and prior professional experience + Four-year degree in a Designing field or reputed company Designing license + One year of designing experience in a reputed company field or two years of experience without a degree
- Abilities, Licenses, and Certifications:
