In this role, you will provide outstanding technical and customer support to VIZIO customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience with each interaction. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues by actively listening to customers and identifying solutions based on their concerns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking calls and troubleshooting steps using tools such as reputed company and reputed company to maintain accurate and organized records.
